The Bihar Foundation USA Texas Chapter, a registered 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization, operates as a Chapter of Bihar Foundation, Government of Bihar, Patna. Our mission is to connect, empower, and celebrate the Bihari community in Texas through vibrant events, networking opportunities, and impactful development initiatives. We serve as a dynamic platform for continuous communication and act as a vital bridge between the Bihari diaspora in Texas and the State of Bihar and its agencies. Our efforts extend to fostering the socio-economic development of Bihar and enhancing the welfare of its people. The Texas Chapter proudly supports Bihari professionals, students, and families by promoting cultural preservation, providing opportunities for growth, and strengthening community engagement across the state.

Bonding:
· Strengthening bonds between Bihari diaspora in Texas and the State of Bihar to support the overall socio-economic development of Bihar.
· Providing a dynamic platform for continuous communication and acting as a vital bridge between the Bihari diaspora in Texas and the State of Bihar and its agencies.
Branding:
· Actively supporting and initiating efforts to correct misconceptions and remove misinformation about Bihar and its people.
· Co-ordinating and facilitating the developmental and promotional activities of all institutions engaged in economic upliftment and social development in the State of Bihar.
Business:
· Facilitating participation of Bihari people in Texas in the overall socio-economic development of the Bihar and welfare of its people.
· Empowering and celebrating the Bihari community in Texas.
· Providing opportunities to the people of the State of Bihar for personal and professional growth through mentorship and networking.
· Providing inputs and suggestions to the Government of Bihar regarding policies and schemes designed for improving the Socio-Economic Development of the State.
· Connecting Bihari people in Texas to the Government of Bihar if they need any assistance.
