The Bihar Foundation USA Texas Chapter is dedicated to fostering a vibrant community for Biharis across the Lone Star state. It aims to connect, empower, and celebrate the Bihari heritage through cultural events, networking opportunities and development initiatives. The chapter supports Bihari professionals, students, and families, promotes cultural preservation and provides a platform for growth and community engagement in Texas
